The Company, one of the pre-eminent wholesale beverage distributors in the state of Michigan, is primarily focused on marketing and selling fine wines and distinctive beers. The Company was formed as a family business and today, over 50 years later, continues to be family owned and operated and is dedicated to achieving the Company objectives:

Henry A. Fox Sales Company currently represents over 60 suppliers of Wine and Beer. The Brewers the company represents include The Guinness Import Co., A-B Inbev, North American Breweries, U.S. Beverage, Pabst Brewing Co., Belekus, Merchant du Vin, Stawski, and several others. The Wineries the company represents include The E & J Gallo Winery, Diageo, The Wine Group, Brown Forman, Ste Michelle Estates, Trinchero Family Estates, Treasury Wine Estates, Banfi, Moet Hennessey, Shaw Ross, Constellation Wines US, Midwest Wine Exchange and others. The Company’s Spirit Suppliers include E&J Distillers.

Our beer and wine products are pre-sold by a sales organization of Sales Representatives, Merchandisers, and Managers. Deliveries to customers are completed in 24 hours or less from the time the orders are placed.

The Portfolio at Henry A. Fox Sales Company is managed by two different Divisions. The Fox Division consists of major brands that are marketed in our core Southwest Michigan Marketing Area. The Signature Collection Division of Henry A. Fox Sales Company consists of many boutique and limited production wines as well as craft beer. The Signature Collection is marketed throughout the entire state of Michigan through our team of certified wine sommeliers and beer experts.

Fox Division
Our market area for the Fox Division includes Clinton, Eaton, Ingham, Montcalm, Ionia, Kent, Muskegon, Oceana, Newaygo, Ottawa, Allegan, Barry, Van Buren, Berrien, Kalamazoo, Cass, St. Joseph, Branch, Hillsdale, Lenawee, Calhoun, Jackson, Manistee, Mason, and Lake Counties. The major cities are Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Manistee, Benton Harbor, Kalamazoo, Jackson, Holland and Lansing with a population in excess of 2,400,000.

The Signature Collection Division
Our marketing area for The Signature Collection at Henry A. Fox Sales Company consists of the entire State of Michigan, with a population near 10,000,000.

Our products are pre-sold by a sales organization of highly dedicated and qualified Sales Representatives (including Certified Sommeliers), Merchandisers, and Managers. Orders are processed and delivered by our hard working and dependable Warehouse and Delivery staff. Customer Service is the top priority for our friendly and attentive Administrative staff.
